Account controls

Delete your Fast Prep account.

Account deletion is available directly inside the app. It is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the Fast Prep app

    Open Profile

    Sign in to the account you want to delete, then open the Profile tab.

    Choose Delete Account

    Scroll to the account section and tap Delete Account.

    Read and confirm

    Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion. Keep the app open until completion.

What deletion removes

  • Your Fast Prep sign-in account and profile
  • Vocabulary and guide progress
  • Saved writing and speaking attempts and feedback
  • Stored speaking audio associated with your account
  • Credits, entitlements, referrals, and any historical teacher connections in Fast Prep

Important: cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your Fast Prep account does not cancel an Apple subscription or stop future App Store billing. Cancel it separately in your Apple account before or after deletion.

Records that may remain

We retain a one-way deletion marker so delayed purchase events cannot recreate your account. Apple, RevenueCat, and analytics providers may retain transaction or technical records under their own legal and security requirements. We may retain limited records where required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud. These records are not used to restore your deleted learning account.

Cannot access the app?

Email info@peakskillshub.com from the address associated with your account. We will need to verify that you own the account before acting on the request. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.

刪除 Fast Prep 帳號

帳號可直接在 App 內刪除；刪除後無法復原

  1. 登入要刪除的帳號，開啟「個人資料」分頁
  2. 捲動至帳號區域，選擇「刪除帳號」
  3. 閱讀提醒並確認永久刪除，保持 App 開啟直到完成

刪除的資料

包括登入帳號與個人資料、字彙及指南進度、已儲存的寫作與口說作答及回饋、帳號相關的口說錄音，以及點數、權益、推薦紀錄和歷史師生連結

Apple 訂閱須另外取消

刪除 Fast Prep 帳號不會取消 Apple 訂閱，也不會停止 App Store 後續扣款，請另至 Apple 訂閱管理取消

可能保留的紀錄

我們保留單向刪除標記，避免延遲的購買事件重建帳號；Apple、RevenueCat 及分析供應商可能依法律或安全需求保留交易或技術紀錄，我們也可能依法或為合理防詐目的保留有限紀錄，這些紀錄不會用來恢復已刪除的學習帳號
