A fair agreement for focused learning.

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and JM Consulting Co., Ltd. By downloading, accessing, or using Fast Prep, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you are not old enough to do so in your country, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms for you.

Fast Prep provides self-guided vocabulary, speaking, and writing practice, educational content, progress tools, and AI-generated feedback. Features may vary by platform, language, region, account status, or subscription.

Keep your sign-in details confidential and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and removes access to saved progress and submissions. Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription.

• Prices and included features are shown before purchase.
• App Store purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until cancelled through your Apple account settings.
• Practice credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Purchased top-up credits do not expire. Daily credits reset each day; subscription credits follow the renewal and expiry terms shown for the plan.
• Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable consumer law.

You can review or cancel an Apple subscription at Apple Subscriptions.

AI-generated feedback may contain errors, omit important points, or interpret an answer differently from a human examiner. Treat it as one learning aid and use your own judgement. Do not rely on Fast Prep for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Practice prompts and guidance are provided for study. Actual test content, scoring, availability, and rules are controlled by the relevant official test organisations and may change.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or violate another person's rights.
• Upload harmful, abusive, infringing, or deceptive material.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.
• Use automated methods to scrape, copy, resell, or exploit the service.
• Share purchased access or manipulate credits, referrals, subscriptions, or advertising rewards.

Fast Prep, its software, design, original content, and branding are owned by JM Consulting Co., Ltd. or its licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own study.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

IELTS is a registered trademark of its respective owners. References to IELTS describe the exam users may be preparing for and do not imply affiliation, approval, or endorsement.

We aim to keep Fast Prep available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may update, add, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly violates these terms, threatens the service, or creates legal risk.

To the extent permitted by law, Fast Prep is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or a specific exam outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, JM Consulting Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without limiting mandatory consumer rights available where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.

您可隨時在 App 中依序選擇「個人資料 → 刪除帳戶」；帳戶一經刪除即無法復原，您也將無法存取已儲存的進度與提交內容；刪除帳戶不會取消 App Store 訂閱

• 價格及所含功能會在購買前顯示
• App Store 購買由 Apple 處理，並適用 Apple 的付款條款
• 自動續訂方案會持續續訂，直到您在 Apple 帳戶設定中取消
• 練習點數不得兌換現金或轉讓；加購點數不會到期，每日點數每天重設，訂閱點數則依方案顯示的續訂與到期規則處理
• 退款資格由 Apple 及適用的消費者保護法令決定

練習題與指引僅供學習使用；實際考試內容、評分方式、考試提供情況及規則，由相關官方考試機構決定，並可能隨時變更

您同意不會從事下列行為：

• 違反法律或侵害他人權利
• 上傳有害、辱罵、侵權或欺騙性內容
• 探測、干擾、超載、規避或反向工程本服務，但法律明確允許者不在此限
• 使用自動化方式擷取、複製、轉售或利用本服務
• 分享付費使用權，或操縱點數、推薦、訂閱或廣告獎勵

Fast Prep、其軟體、設計、原創內容及品牌，由 JM Consulting Co., Ltd. 或其授權人所有；我們授予您個人、有限、非專屬、不可轉讓且可撤銷的授權，僅供您自行學習使用本 App

您保有自己提交內容的所有權；您授予我們有限的授權，使我們得依隱私權政策所述，在提供、保護及改善服務所需範圍內託管、處理及傳輸該內容

IELTS 是其各權利人的註冊商標；我們提及 IELTS 僅為說明使用者可能準備參加的考試，並不表示 Fast Prep 與 IELTS 或其權利人有任何關聯、獲其核准或背書

本條款以中華民國（臺灣）法律為準據法，但不影響您所在地區法律所保障且不得排除的消費者權益；爭議得由依適用法律具有管轄權的法院處理
