Privacy, in plain language.

Fast Prep is operated by JM Consulting Co., Ltd. (“Fast Prep”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy applies to the Fast Prep mobile app, fastprep.net, and related support services.

• Account information: your email address, display name if provided, authentication status, and a unique account ID.
• Learning activity: vocabulary history, saved answers, progress, practice history, feedback and credits, and referrals.
• Content you submit: writing responses, speaking recordings, and optional profile information. Microphone access is requested when you choose to record a speaking response.
• Purchase information: product, subscription, entitlement, renewal, and transaction status supplied by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
• Device and usage information: app version, device and operating-system information, security-attestation tokens, notification tokens, IP address, advertising identifiers where permitted, and events showing how app features are used.

Teacher plans and applications are not currently offered. If you previously used teacher features, related application or connection records may remain until removed under the retention and deletion process below.

• Provide accounts, synchronisation, progress tracking, and practice history.
• Generate requested speaking and writing feedback.
• Verify purchases, subscriptions, credits, and eligibility.
• Deliver notifications you allow and provide customer support.
• Protect the app from abuse, fraud, and unauthorised access.
• Understand feature performance and improve the learning experience.
• Display advertising where available and permitted by your settings and applicable law.
• Meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Depending on where you live, we rely on your consent, performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations.

On fastprep.net, Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It measures page visits and clicks to our App Store listing using a browser identifier, device/browser information and approximate location. An App Store click is not an app installation or purchase.

We send page paths and the referring website’s origin, excluding URL queries and fragments. We do not send account details, practice responses or recordings through website analytics. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled for this website property.

Analytics cookies last up to 90 days and may renew when you visit with consent. Your consent preference is stored on your device for 180 days. Choose “Cookie settings” in the footer to withdraw consent and remove this website’s analytics cookies. Declining does not limit website access. Previously collected information may remain subject to Google Analytics retention settings.

Google processes this information as our analytics provider; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Search Console separately provides aggregated Google Search performance reports without requiring an analytics cookie on this site.

When you request writing or speaking feedback, the response you submit and the relevant task instructions are processed by Google's Gemini service to generate feedback. Speaking requests may include your audio recording. This automated feedback is educational guidance; it is not an official IELTS assessment, and it can be incomplete or inaccurate.

Do not include confidential information or personal information about other people in a practice response.

We share information only as needed to run the service, including with:

• Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, databases, file storage, security, analytics, notifications, and server functions.
• Google Gemini for requested AI feedback.
• RevenueCat for purchase and subscription entitlement management.
• Apple for App Store distribution, payments, subscriptions, and device security services.
• Google AdMob for advertising in eligible parts of the app.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information for money. We require service providers to protect information consistently with this policy and applicable law.

We keep account and learning information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account inside the app from Profile → Delete Account. This removes your Fast Prep account and associated Firebase records, including stored learning submissions and speaking audio.

We retain a one-way deletion marker to prevent delayed purchase events from recreating a deleted account. Limited transaction, security, or compliance records may be retained when required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud. Apple, RevenueCat, and analytics providers may retain records under their own legal obligations and retention rules. Aggregated or de-identified information may also remain.

Deleting Fast Prep does not cancel an App Store subscription. See the account deletion guide for both steps.

You may update certain account details in the app, turn off microphone, tracking, or notification permissions in device settings, and delete your account at any time. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom may also complain to their local data-protection authority. People in Taiwan may exercise the rights provided by Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, including inquiry, review, correction, stopping use, and deletion.

To exercise a right, contact us through the support page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We use technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect personal information, including authenticated access, access controls, encryption in transit, and app-attestation tools. No system is entirely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use recognised legal safeguards for those transfers.

Fast Prep is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires a higher age for independent consent, a parent or guardian should authorise use of the service. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal information without appropriate permission.

We may update this policy as the app or law changes. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app.

請勿在練習回答中加入機密資訊或他人的個人資料

為了提供服務，我們只會在必要範圍內與下列服務供應商分享資訊：

• Google Firebase 與 Google Cloud：用於身分驗證、資料庫、檔案儲存、安全防護、分析、通知及伺服器功能
• Google Gemini：用於處理您要求的 AI 回饋
• RevenueCat：用於管理購買與訂閱權益

法律要求、保護使用者或服務，或公司交易所需時，我們也可能揭露資訊；我們不會以金錢對價出售個人資料；我們要求服務供應商依本政策及適用法令提供一致的資料保護

您的帳戶有效期間，以及提供服務所需期間內，我們會保存帳戶與學習資訊；您可在 App 內依序選擇「個人資料 → 刪除帳戶」，永久刪除帳戶；此操作會刪除 Fast Prep 帳戶及相關 Firebase 資料，包括已儲存的學習內容與口說錄音

我們會保留無法反向識別您的單向雜湊刪除標記，以避免延遲送達的購買事件重新建立已刪除帳戶；法律要求或為合理防範詐欺所需時，我們可能保留有限的交易、安全或法遵紀錄；Apple、RevenueCat 與分析服務供應商也可能依其法定義務及保存規則保留紀錄；彙整或去識別化資訊亦可能繼續保留

刪除 Fast Prep 帳戶不會取消 App Store 訂閱；請參閱 帳戶刪除說明完成這兩項操作

您可在 App 中更新部分帳戶資料、於裝置設定中關閉麥克風、追蹤或通知權限，並可隨時刪除帳戶；依您所在地區的法律，您可能有權查詢或閱覽個人資料、取得複製本、要求補充或更正、要求停止蒐集、處理或利用、要求刪除、限制處理、反對處理、取得可攜式副本，以及撤回以同意為基礎的處理

歐洲經濟區及英國居民也可向所在地的資料保護主管機關提出申訴；臺灣使用者得依《個人資料保護法》行使相關權利

如欲行使權利，請透過支援頁面聯絡我們；我們可能會在處理請求前驗證您的身分

我們採取適當的技術與組織措施保護個人資料，包括身分驗證、存取控制、傳輸加密及 App 驗證工具；然而，任何系統都無法保證絕對安全

我們的服務供應商可能在您所在國家或地區以外處理資料；適用法令要求時，我們會採用法律認可的跨境傳輸保障措施

Fast Prep 並非以未滿 13 歲兒童為主要對象；如所在地法律規定更高的獨立同意年齡，應由父母或監護人同意使用本服務；若您認為兒童在未取得適當同意下提供個人資料，請與我們聯絡

我們可能因 App 功能或法令變更而更新本政策；更新後的政策及生效日期會公布於本頁；重大變更也可能透過 App 通知您
