Account and sign-in
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and check the inbox you used to register.
Microphone permissions
On iPhone, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and allow Fast Prep, then try again.
Purchases
For a missing subscription, try Restore Purchases in the app using the Apple account that made the purchase. Consumable credit packs cannot be restored through Apple; contact support if purchased credits are missing.
